About Snug

Snug is a free daily packing puzzle. Every day there's a new tray, in a new shape, dotted with fixed islands, and a handful of bendy tube pieces that fill it exactly. The pieces have to snake round the islands and tuck inside each other's bends, so the trick is finding which piece wraps round which. Drag them in, tap to turn them, and keep shuffling until there isn't a single gap.

Easy has a few pieces, Medium and Hard add more, and no two pieces in those are the same shape. Master is a bonus: the biggest tray and the most pieces, and your streak doesn't need it. Pack it with no hints for three stars.

Finished? Endless mode has as many extra trays as you like, and you can paint a tray of your own for other people to pack. New trays arrive at midnight.

How to pack

  1. Fill the tray with every piece, leaving no gaps. The dark islands are fixed: pieces have to bend round them.
  2. Drag a piece into the tray. It snaps onto the squares when it fits.
  3. Tap a piece to turn it. Pieces turn, but they never flip over.
  4. Pieces hook round the islands and each other: one piece's arm often tucks inside another's bend.
  5. Changed your mind? Drag it somewhere else, or back out of the tray.
  6. Pack it with no hints for three stars.
